I've YET AGAIN been charged incomplete journeys while using AndroidPay. TFL are laughing all the way to the bank.
I do not believe that these are innocent mistakes.
How do I make a formal complaint?

I believe they are innocent mistakes. Are you sure you've touched out properly (i.e. green beep, same card in/out)?
In any case, register your card online (register the physical card used on android pay), and you can see the journey history, and request the journey is completed/difference refunded.
Edit: Had a look at the previous thread:

Are you going through a barrier, or is this just touching on a standalone reader? The problem here might be that you're confusing your phone thinking a transaction has taken place, and the tap in actually being successful. I don't know the technicalities, but it's possible to quickly tap, and phone to think something has happened, but not be long enough for the tap in to complete successfully.
The key thing is getting the green light/card accepted message.0 -
May be a glitch in Android, it always takes a second or two longer to register than oyster and contactless card. It may be easier doing the old fashioned thing of using an actual card instead!0

To answer your question Mr Singleton, I tried putting your thread title, Making a formal complaint to TFL, into google.
You would've found the answer far quicker than typing your post.0
