Renegotiate early

Options
I am 3 years into a 5 year fix. There are currently better 5 year fixes on offer by the same provider. I assume I cannot renegotiate early, am I right?

    You are correct

However you can check out how much the ERC,s are now and see if it would pay you to switch lenders and take a new deal.
Read the terms and conditions of your current mortgage deal.
Maybe give the lenders mortgage centre a call and ask how much would you have to pay to redeem the mortgage.
Then see what new deals with your LTV you can get.
