The following rules apply to voting in the Classic FM Hall of Fame:
i. Entrants must vote for three separate pieces;
ii. Votes are weighted in terms of preference. A first choice vote is attributed 3 points, a second choice vote 2 points and a third choice vote 1 point. Votes should be entered in order of preference and the final chart is dependent on the total number of points assigned to each piece. If two or more pieces tie with the same number of points, the number of first, second and third choice votes will be taken to decide the final chart positions;
iii. An external party will independently verify votes. 7. The following entries will not count towards the Classic FM Hall of Fame vote:
i. Postal votes that are addressed incorrectly;
ii. Where the information in respect of a piece of music is incomplete;
iii. Where the piece of music cannot be accurately identified the vote will not be counted.
iv. Second or subsequent votes from the same Entrant;
v. Votes submitted without the correct name and contact details;
vi. Votes made by automated or machine assisted methods; and
vii. Votes submitted using Twitter, Facebook, Vine, YouTube, or posted online.
Details of the Prize Draw:
8. There will be two Prize Draws with a prize for each. All eligible Entrants submitting votes for the Classic FM Hall of Fame 2018 in accordance with these Specific Rules, whether online or by post, will automatically be entered into the relevant Prize Draw as follows:
i. Entrants to the voting for the Classic FM Hall of Fame between 00:01 on Monday 8th January and 23.59 on Sunday 11th February 2018 (inclusive) (“Prize Draw 1 Period”) will be entered into Prize Draw 1;
ii. Entrants to the voting for the Classic FM Hall of Fame between 00.00 on Monday 12th February and 23.59 on Sunday 11th March 2018 (inclusive) (“Prize Draw 2 Period”) will be entered into Prize Draw 2;
iii. Each Entrant may submit one entry during each of the Prize Draw 1 Period and the Prize Draw 2 Period, but only the first set of votes from each Entrant will count in the Classic FM Hall of Fame chart and only one entry in each Prize Draw Period will go through to the relevant Prize Draw.
9. One winner for Prize Draw 1 will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on Monday 12th February. The winner will be notified by telephone within one week of the closing date and will be sent, by email or post, details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner to accept the prize in the manner specified within 14 days of the promoter's email or letter will make any claim invalid and the promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
10. One winner for Prize Draw 2 will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, on Monday 12th March. The winner will be notified by telephone within one week of the closing date and will be sent, by email or post, details of how to accept their prize. Eligibility:
11. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
12. Employees and agents of (a) Viking Cruises or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of the Prize Draws, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household, are not eligible to enter the Prize Draws.
Details of the Prize for Prize Draw 1:
13. The prize for Prize Draw 1 is an 11-day cruise for two people sharing a DV2 Deluxe Veranda Stateroom on Viking’s West Indies Explorer ocean cruise. The cruise will depart on 7th November 2018. The trip must be taken on the date specified and is non transferable.
14. The cruise includes the following:
• Two return scheduled economy class flights from London
• 11-day cruise visiting 9 countries
• 9 guided tours
• All meals on board in a choice of multiple dining venues
• Specially selected house wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner on board
• Evening entertainment on board
• Free 24 hour room service

Details of the Prize for Prize Draw 2:
15. The prize is a 15-day cruise for two people sharing a B grade Veranda Stateroom on Viking’s Grand European Tour river cruise. The cruise will depart on 20th October 2018. The trip must be taken on the date specified and is non transferable.
16. The cruise includes the following:
• Two return scheduled economy class flights from London
• 15-day cruise visiting 4 countries
• 12 guided tours
• All meals on board
• Specially selected house wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner on board
• Free tea and coffee and snacks any time on board
• Free Wi-Fi on board
• All port charges, government taxes and overseas transfers
Terms and Conditions of Prize Draws 1 and 2
17. The prize winner and companion will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the London airport and all associated costs.
18. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
19. Any other expenses incurred in connection with the prize will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.
20. The holiday must be taken on the dates stated above.
21. The prize winner and their companion must have valid passports and, where necessary, obtain appropriate vaccinations and inoculations.
22. Neither the Promotor nor Viking Cruises can be responsible for unforeseen cancellations or changes in dates or times of flights or cancellation of the holiday due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
23. The prizes are ABTA and ATOL protected.
24. Neither the Promotor nor Viking Cruises can be responsible for entries that are lost, damaged or incomplete.
25. The Prizes are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
26. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter or by visiting vikingcruises.co.uk/competitions.
27. The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any Entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the Prize Draw and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on any website, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the Prize Draw materially affecting the result of the Prize Draw or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the Prize Draw or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
28. No entries will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties.
29. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the Prize Draw.
30. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any applicable provisions of mandatory local law.
