Right to Buy mortgage with adverse credit (almost 6 years ago) Voluntary Repossession

Options
Hello

Can anyone recommend a Right to Buy mortgage provider or broker please for people with adverse credit

We handed back the keys to our lovely small home in 2012 to the lender as were unable to sell due to ASB and had been moved into social housing. We have settled the mortgage shortfall debt recently and the reporting is due to drop off our credit file in June

The house we want to buy is through the local authority and the value is 95k

We have had a credit card in the last year which now has a nil balance and no other adverse credit on our credit file now.We have a home shopping account with Studio which also has a nil balance.

We had some defaults in the past but are working through these with a DMP which we hope to close shortly with full and final offers, none of these are on our credit file.

Are we likely to be able to get a mortgage for the local authority property ? The mortgage calculators so far say its affordable for us one one of our salaries (28k) the other salary is only through casual work so not sure it would be counted although the work has been regular since last april.

Many thanks
