Bicester Return 5th Dec 17 at 4:43 PM
I visited the Bicester Outlet Village in October and purchased a blouse from See Chloe.
I wore the blouse once and on going to put it on for the second time I realised that the cuff had come away from the sleeve.
I contacted Chloe by email explaining the problem and they advised me to return the goods. The problem is I'm 2 hours away from Bicester and Chloe won't accept the blouse back at one of their normal stores as it was bought at an outlet store.
I've tried to contact the store but nobody is answering the phone.
I can't back to Bicester before at least Feb of next year. The blouse is totally unwearable.
What are my rights? Can I send it back by recorded delivery and demand my money back? I don't have the receipt any more but I do have my Visa Debit statement (which is over 30 days now). The blouse cost 140
    Could anybody advise please?
