It might be called Capital FM - but the brand isn't restricted to the capital y'know... The logo on the comp page clearly says "East Midlands No 1 Hit Music Station"; the prize provider is clearly a Midlands business (locations in Staffs, Nottingham and Derby) so the restriction to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester postcodes makes sense.I need to think of something new here...0

Capital has stations in numerous parts of the country and entry is not always open to everywhere, Heart radio sometimes do the same thing and restrict entry to certain areas within their network.0
