Mortgage Offer Has Come Through With Wrong Purchase Price

Hi folks,

I've had my mortgage offer in the post this morning (hurrah!!)

Unfortunately there seems to have been a paperwork mix up and the lenders are offering me a higher amount I requested when I got my offer in priciple. This was supposed to be amended when I put my full application in, but it's not happened.

Presumably not an issue with it being 10k less, but they will have to re-issue paperwork I imagine??

Bit frustrating. Off on holiday Monday week and really want to get my offer all signed before I go so things can move along!

    As I'm using a broker, who is closed until Monday, and the bank is also closed until Monday I thought I might ask on here.

    Do you have any knowledge on this issue you'd like to impart?
