Hi all,

Currently i am looking to default my accounts and go self managed when passed over to 3rd party companies

I think i am getting there however i have recieved the following letters saying

Argos

Further action will include passing your debt over to a recovery specialist or legal action to obtain a CCJ

Studio (They have defaulted me) and said

We will take take necessary action to obtain debt it fall, this could include passing account to an external agent who may be instructed to call at your home

Is there anything i need to worry about (ccj or external agent knock) or just continue to ignore until default and passed over

Thanks
