The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

A Parkdean Resorts holiday home plus owner’s package
Ownership of a Symphony Lodge Holiday Home (“holiday home”), including the following:

connections, local authority and water rates up to 31 December 2018 (inclusive);
all site fees/pitch costs up to 31 December 2018 (inclusive);
all electricity, gas and insurance costs up to 31 December 2018 (inclusive);
dress kit and an inventory pack (including a microwave, kettle and a toaster);
two (2) televisions;
fixed appliances, including but not limited to:
a table;
chairs;
a sofa; and
a cooker;
£2,000 credit on Owner Loyalty Card;
Owners Elite membership;
one (1) welcome pack including champagne, flowers and various other products (such products to be determined at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider); and
wrap around decking and decking furniture.

The holiday home will be situated in one of forty-six (46) holiday Parkdean Resorts locations within the UK that are run by the Prize Provider subject only to availability of a pitch (the “holiday park location”). Parks included are: Ashcroft, Barmston Beach, Breydon Water, Brynowen, California Cliffs, Camber Sands, Carmarthen Bay, Cayton Bay, Church Point, Creswell Towers, Crimdon Dene, Eyemouth, Gatebeck, Glasson Marina, Grannies Heilan’ Hame, Heachham Beach, Highfield, Kessingland Beach, Lower Hyde, Manor Park, Martello Beach, Naze Marine, Nodes Point, Ocean Edge, Pendine Sands, Regent Bay, Romney Sands, Sandy Bay, Sandylands, Shurland Dale, Skipsea Sands, Southerness, Southview, St. Margarets, Sundrum Castle, Sunnydale, Thorness Bay, Todber Valley, Trecco Bay, Ty Mawr, Valley Farm, Waterside, Weeley Bridge, Wemyss Bay, Whitley Bay, Whithernsea. Upon choosing the pitch location, the winner shall enter into a pitch licence agreement with the Prize Provider. The winner must be 18 years of age or older and will be subject to the rules of the holiday park location then in force and as may be amended from time to time.

The winner may choose which one of the holiday park locations and which standard pitch location within the holiday park location (the “pitch location”) they wish to locate their holiday home on. In the event a holiday park location or pitch location is unavailable, the Prize Provider shall provide a pitch in an alternative Park Resorts location of the winner’s choosing (subject to availability). Please note that the Nodes Point park location has limited pitch availability.

No later than 1 January 2019 the winner must choose and agree with the Prize Provider one of the following options (the “options”): (i) keep the holiday home where situated at the pitch location at the holiday park location and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the holiday home, including but not limited to paying the relevant fees for the pitch location, insurance and running costs; or (ii) sell the holiday home, in which case the Prize Provider must be given first opportunity to buy the holiday home back from the winner at competitive market rates, and bear all costs associated with such sale; or (iii) sell the holiday home privately subject to option (ii), and the winner shall bear all costs associated with such sale and consequential arrangements; or (iv) move the holiday home to another holiday park location and bear all costs and fees associated with such move and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the holiday home on the chosen holiday park location. It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the Prize Provider in writing by 1 January 2019 which of the options they wish to take up. If the winner does not confirm to the Prize Provider which of the options they wish to take up by 1 January 2019, they shall be deemed to have chosen option (i) subject to the terms of the pitch licence agreement.

The Prize Provider will contact the winner within two (2) weeks of winner confirmation and the winner must notify the Prize Provider of their chosen holiday park and pitch location within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation. The winner must allow up to thirty (30) days from notifying Prize Provider of their chosen pitch location for delivery of the Prize to the winner’s chosen pitch location.

The Prize does not include transportation of the winner to or from the holiday home, nor does it include any transportation costs of the holiday home at any time, except for initial delivery of the holiday home to the winner’s chosen pitch location within thirty (30) days of the winner notifying Prize Provider of their chosen pitch location.
