School admin pay

Hi, to anyone who works in an admin role in a school. Should we have had a cost of living pay rise in April? I've looked at the paydeal and it seems to me we should have done, but I want to be sure before I ask HR !

It depends on a number of criteria, legally as long as you get minimum (or living) wage that's that.

Who actually employs you? Are you the only person in the post?

This suggests that there was a pay increase for Local Government Support Staff, if that's what you are:

Hi, No, I mean the unions agree a pay deal with the local government and sometime we get a cost of living rise in April and sometimes we don't. I just wondered if we were getting one in April 2017.
