This is a free prize draw organised by Trainline.com Limited of 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD (“Trainline”).
By entering this prize draw, you consent that our authorised partner Woobox (the third party who facilitates this prize draw) may transfer your data to their servers and authorised service providers outside of the European Economic Area, including the United States. Woobox process data in compliance with applicable laws and will only use your data for the purpose of this promotion. Woobox will not sell your data to third parties. By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and fully understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these terms, then you should not enter this prize draw.
The closing date for entry to this prize draw is 11:59pm on 31st May 2017.
This prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over. Employees of Trainline, Woobox, their agencies, their family members or anyone professionally associated with this prize draw are not eligible for entry.
Only one entry per person is permitted and a separate entry is required for each person. No purchase necessary. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties and any such entries will be invalid.
Entrants can enter the prize draw without making any purchases by entering their first name, surname and email address at https://www.Lintenair.com.
There will be 5 winners who will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The decision of Trainline in connection with the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each entrant will win the opportunity to book a UK train journey worth up to £200 available from the Trainline website. The train journey can be for one or more passengers, return or single and Standard Class or First Class, and the total value of the booking must not be more than £200. The £200 can only be used once as part of a single transaction on the Trainline website. Where the rail ticket value of your transaction is less than £200, no refund will be provided and the balance will not carry over to future transactions. We regret that it will not be possible to exceed the £200, because it is not possible to top up the £200 by paying the excess yourself. The £200 does not apply to the purchase of any additional services such as insurance or credit card fees, which remain payable by you. The £200 includes the Trainline booking fee.
All additional costs and expenses associated with the prize (e.g. travel to the train station etc) shall be at the expense of the winners.
The prizes are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
In the unlikely event that the prizes are not available or become unavailable through no fault of Trainline, Trainline reserves the right to substitute prizes which it determines of being of equal value.
The winners will be notified by Trainline via email on 2nd June 2017 (where correct information has been supplied upon entry) so that we can collect relevant details and arrange for the prize to be delivered. If no response is received from a winner within 28 days of being notified, a new winner will be drawn and the original winner’s prize nullified.
The prizes will be sent to the winners by email. Trainline cannot take responsibility for any winner notifications not received, and no replacements will be available.
No responsibility is taken for entries that are incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
For notification of the name and county of the winners, please write, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope after 30th June 2017 to: Attn: Marketing Team, Trainline.com Limited, 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD.
Trainline reserves the right to use the names of the winners for promotional purposes.
Trainline shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any failure or breach by any party in connection with your entry into this prize draw, or in connection with the prizes. Trainline shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of any third party with respect to this prize draw. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Trainline accepts no responsibility for any loss which is not foreseeable or arises as a result of the use of the prizes. Nothing shall exclude the liability of Trainline for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
Trainline’s general terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to this prize draw and by entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and fully understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
Trainline reserves the right to hold void, suspend, change or cancel the promotion at any time.
