Pinecone log in issues?

Options
Everytime I am logging in to Pinecone I have to reset my password!

Anyone else having the same issues or am I starting to lose my marbles?

Thanks Dxxx

I've had a nightmare the last few months with Pinecone - I have to keep emailing to have my account unlocked but I still can't log in. I'm done with it, not worth it for £3 every 6-8 weeks.

    Make £2020 in 2020 - £263.78/£2020

    2020 totals
    Swagbucks - £100 | Prolific Academic - £44.54 | Qmee - £10 | PopulusLive - £50

Many others seem to be experiencing this. I think they broke their website while upgrading it :P

I emailed them today. Hopefully can get logged in tomorrow then cash out. I have £25 on my account right now.

    Thanks for letting me know.

I just tried logging in to my account but kept getting the message: Login Failed.
Have emailed pinecone. Interesting that lots of other people also seem to be having problems logging in.
  • I finally managed to get logged in but would only let me reset the password on the website on my phone?? Not sure why.

Cashed out the £25 total in Amazon vouchers so just hope they sort it out soon.

Same here and I have changed my password several times. In fact I have been asked to change it so many times I cant remember it so have to write the dash thing down which negates any so called security anyway. Finally got in not sure how and cashed out £23 leaving a £1. Their update has been a PITA!

I had to just keep changing the password to be honest.

    Total pain in the neck.

Seems to be okay now though.
