Anyone used Kalo or other hair growth inhibitor?

Seen this product advertised and wondered if it works. I've tried other products many years ago which didn't work, so I dont want to waste my money. It costs about £22, which if it works, in the long term will save on waxing, but if it doesn't ???????? Anyone used any other hair growth inhibitor with good results?
