The General Terms and Conditions for KLM UK How Aruba Are You? a promotional competition by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

Information about the Competition and the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the KLM UK How Aruba Are You? (hereafter referred to as the App). The App can be accessed from the website slideandseek.klm.com  and is organised by KLM UK. Participants automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• KLM reserves the right to adapt these conditions, prize, definitions or other information, or to cancel the App, at any time without any form of prior announcement.
• One winner will win one (1) pair of tickets on flights operated by KLM from the UK to Aruba via Amsterdam, staying in Aruba on an all-inclusive basis at the Barcelo Aruba for 7 nights in a Deluxe Room.
• Booking to be made by 21 December 2016.
• Travel must be completed by 30 June 2017.
• Travel blackout dates: 15 December – 01 February, President Week (20-27 Feb) and 07-17 April.
• All requests are subject to availability
• The Winner will be drawn at random from all the entries received.
• The Winner must depart from any of the 17 KLM UK departure airports. If the Winner starts their journey outside of the UK to reach a KLM UK airport, they will assume all responsibility to arrange all the necessary transport to the UK by themselves, and at their own cost.
• Participants must be at least eighteen years of age at the time they enter and must be UK residents.
• KLM reserves the right to require written proof of a Winner’s residence and age before awarding a prize.
• KLM has the right to reject any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions.
• KLM cannot be held responsible for problems with networks, computer hardware or software, or any breakdown or failure that results in the Participant’s entry or any other information becoming incomplete, damaged or lost.
• All decisions made by KLM regarding the App shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.
