Free Prize Draw (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions

Promoter = Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc (company number 00358949); registered office- Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, BD3 7DL (“Morrisons”).
In the event of any dispute regarding the Promotion and/or these terms and conditions the decision of Morrisons shall be final.
To take part in the Promotion a customer must be at least 16 years old and resident in England, Wales or Scotland. The Promotion is not open to residents of Northern Ireland.
The Promotion will be launched on Monday 16th February 2015 at 8:00 and will run until 20:00 on Saturday 4th April 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
Employees of the Morrisons Group or any other company, organisation or body involved in the Promotion, members of those employees’ immediate families or households and any other person directly or indirectly connected with the Promotion are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
Subject to conditions 5 and 7, each Morrisons customer making a purchase at a Morrisons store during the Promotion Period will receive one Promotional Card per visit. Morrisons reserves the right to withhold Promotional Cards from any person which Morrisons deems at its sole discretion to be abusing these conditions.
The Promotional Cards will not be available in respect of transactions at Morrisons’ confectionary/tobacco kiosks, petrol filling stations, caf!s, dry cleaners, pharmacies or Gibraltar store or in respect of the transactions for cash back, tobacco, saver stamps, gift cards and gift vouchers, Lottery online game and instant tickets, ‘top up’ mobile phone cards, e-top up, photo printing, infant formula and prescription medicines.

Instant Win Prizes

Peel and reveal the tab on your Promotional Card to see if you have won an Instant Win Prize. There are 6,037,120 prizes of between 200 & 1 million Match & More points to be won.
Each winning card will state how many points the customer has won. The prize breakdown is as follows:

If you are one of the lucky winners of between 200 and 750 Match & More points, you can claim your Instant Win Match & More points by taking the winning Promotional card to a checkout. To claim your Match & More points, you must have a valid Match & More card in the winner’s name. If the winner doesn’t have a Match & More card, then they will be able to register for one and claim the points by 17:00 on Saturday 2nd May 2015.
If you are a winner of 1 million Match & More points, then you need to call the SNT Match & More millionaires promotional hotline 0113 237 6539, stating the number shown under the barcode. This hotline cannot answer other customer queries. These winners will be sent Match & More coupons to the value of £1,000. Winners of the million points will receive their Match & More points coupons by 31st May 2015.
You must collect your winning Match & More Promotional card points by Promotional Card by 8pm on Saturday 2nd May 2015. All points are valid for 1 year from the date they are collected.
Coupon points may take 72 hours to load onto a customer’s account and will not show up on the receipt.
Morrisons reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable.
There is no cash alternative to any Instant Win Prize under this Promotion, with the exception of the winners who win 1 million Match & More points – customers have the right to claim this at £1,000 of Morrisons gift vouchers and it is the winners responsibility to inform Morrisons when they contact the Match & More team to claim their prize.

Daily Match & More Millionaire Free Prize Draw

Each Promotional Card also offers you the opportunity to enter the daily free prize draw (“Prize Draw”). In order to enter the Prize Draw you must visit https://www.morrisons.com/snt and enter the Promotional Card number and security code shown on your Promotional Card along with your name, home address, email address and telephone number.
Morrisons online customers will be able to enter by entering their order confirmation number.
All valid entries must be received by Morrisons by no later than 18:00 each day of the promotion. There are 49 prizes to be won during the promotional period. Entries received after this time will be entered into the following day’s Prize Draw, apart from on the final day of the promotion – Saturday 4th April 2015. Entries received after 18:00 will not be included in any Prize Draw.
Every valid entry into the Prize Draw will receive the chance to become a Match & More Millionaire. Each prize of 1 million Match & More points is the equivalent to £1,000. To redeem Match & More points, each winner must have a valid Match & More card in their name. If the winner doesn’t have a Match & More card, then they will be able to register for one and claim the points by 17:00 on Saturday 2nd May 2015. If a winner would prefer to claim their points as £1,000 worth of Morrisons gift vouchers, then this option is available and it is the winners responsibility to inform Morrisons when they are contacted about their prize.
1 winner will be selected at random each day of the promotion. The winners will be contacted by email or telephone using the details submitted.
Match & More points millionaires must claim their points by calling the SNT Match & More millionaires promotional hotline 0113 237 6539, stating the number shown under the barcode by 17:00 on Saturday 2nd May 2015. No claims will be processed after this deadline. This hotline cannot answer other customer queries. These winners will be sent Match & More coupons to the value of £1,000. Winners of the million points will receive their Match & More points coupons by 31st May 2015.
To claim your Match & More Millionaire points, you must have a valid Match & More card – in the name of the winner. If the winner does not have a Match & More card, they must register for one before they are able to claim the prize.
Prize winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity. By entering the Prize Draw you consent to Morrisons using your name and any photographs and audio or visual recordings of you for publicity purposes.

General

By taking part in the Promotion you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter the Promotion and that you agree to these terms and conditions.
Morrisons reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error beyond Morrisons’ reasonable control which affects the proper operation of the Promotion, Morrisons reserves the right to end or suspend the Promotion; declare void the result of any Promotion entry; and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.
By taking part in the Promotion you agree that your data may be stored, analysed and processed by Morrisons and its group companies to administer and assess the Promotion, to improve their products, services and business practices over time, and to send you lawful offers and promotions about its products and services (including by email or text message). Morrisons cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any customer during the Promotion or as a result of the acceptance or non-acceptance or use of any prize.
ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotions or the fulfilment of any prizes.
If a court says that part of these terms and conditions are not enforceable in law the rest of the provisions shall still be enforceable.
A list of Prize Draw winners (names and counties) may be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to Morrisons SNT Promotional Card winners, 15-17 High Court Lane, The Calls, Leeds, LS2 7EU by no later than 7 July 2015.
The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
