Terms and Conditions
1. This prize draw (Prize Draw) is open to residents of UK and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over at the date of entry excluding employees and officers of the Promoter and its associated companies PZ Cussons (UK) Limited trading as Original Source, Manchester Business park, 3500 Aviator Way, Manchester M22 5TG.
2. Entry to the Prize Draw opens on 01.10.14 and closes at 12.00 on 20.12.14 (Closing Date). Entries received outside of these times will not be entered into the draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must submit your name address and contact detailers.
4. One entry per person/address permitted. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, registrations, addresses or any other method will disqualify all of that entrant’s entries and any prize award shall be forfeited. Syndicated entries or those made through agents, third parties, organised groups or using methods such as a computer macro, script or via other automated or mechanical means, processes or devices is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified and any prize award void.
5. Incomplete or illegible entries or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be rejected. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or undelivered for whatever reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
6. There are 7000 prizes consisting of Original Source Skin Quench 250ml bottles
7. The winner(s) of the Prize Draw will be the 7000 name(s) drawn at random from all valid entries (subject to eligibility).
8. The winner(s) will be notified by email (using the details provided at the time of entry) within 3 weeks of the Closing Date. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of such notification. If the winner fails to claim the prize during this time period or cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw taking place, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner (selected in accordance with these terms) and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
9. The prize shall be delivered to the winner(s) within 28 days of the winner claiming their prize.
10. No cash alternative (in whole or in part) is available. A prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize (or part thereof) for an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for a prize lost, delayed or damaged in transit.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants, entries and winners. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements will result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify without notice any individual who it believes has acted fraudulently, tampered with or attempted to disrupt or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw or acted in violation of these terms and conditions (and any prize award shall be forfeited).
14. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. The details (name and county) of the winner(s) will be made available [INSERT].
16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall have no liability for any claims, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Draw or the allocation or use of a prize.
17. The Promoter shall not be liable for any cancellation, alteration or modification to the Prize Draw which falls outside its reasonable control.
18. Prize winners may be required to take part in publicity (without additional compensation) and by entering the Prize Draw, agree and provide consent to take part in such publicity (which may include use of the name, county, image, biography and likeness of the winner(s) in promotional related publicity in any and all media).
19. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants consent to their personal data being used by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Prize Draw.
20. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
