PROMOTER DETAILS

The promoter of the competition is MyFamilyClub with registered offices at 185 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2HS, United Kingdom. Company Number: 0733771. The competition is organised by Little Tikes on behalf of MyFamilyClub. Little Tikes is part of the MGA Entertainment Group with registered offices at 50 Presley Way, Crownhill, Milton Keynes, MK8 0ES. Company Number: 05653082. 1. RESTRICTIONS

a) Open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

b) Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not participate.

2. PROMOTION DATES

a) Entries open 10am 18.08.2014 and close on 12 midday 22.09.14

3. ENTRY

a) Internet access required to enter into the promotion.

b) No purchase necessary for entry.

4. NUMBER OF ENTRIES ALLOWED

a) Entry is open during the promotional period only which must be made using the email address registered to the Little Tikes UK website. A Little Tikes member can therefore enter a maximum of 1 time.

b) All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or any multiple entries submitted by multiple or other invalid e-mail addresses or by any other means are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.

c) The promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify all entries and winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there is, or the promoter has reasonable grounds to believe there is or has been a breach of these terms and conditions or entry requirements.

5. PRIZES

a) 1 prize winner will be selected at random using an independent automated selection system, from the database of all correct entries received, and notified by email within two weeks of the closing date.

b) Prize consists of the following:

There is 1 prize to be won. The prize is a Little Tikes Classic Castle.

c) After a 'winner notification' email is sent to the prize winner from Little Tikes (the organiser) and the claim for a prize is not received within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.

d) Once the winner’s details have been confirmed, Little Tikes will arrange for the prize to be sent to the winner’s address.

e) There will be no cash or other alternative prizes available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

f) Prizes will be delivered to the winner free of charge, unless they are a resident of Northern Ireland whereby they will be required to pay a delivery charge.

g) The promoter's decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

h) The winners name will be available within 7 business days of the competition closing on https://www.littletikes.co.uk for three months.

6. PUBLICITY

a) Winners may be required to take part in reasonable related publicity with no further recompense.

a) No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that cannot be made or are not received or included in the draw for any reason whatsoever.
