1. The winner of the grand competition will be the entry that, in the independent judges’ opinion, is the most funny out of the top 10 ranking videos with the most organic ‘Likes’ at 12:59:59 on 17/09/14; irrespective of whether this entrant has already won an Apple iPad Air. ‘Paid for likes are not allowed’. Any entries found to be using ‘Paid for likes’ for ranking, may be blocked and may not be edible to win prizes.

1. There are 2 parts to the promotion; i) a main entry phase which comprises a competition which runs for 11 weeks from 01/07/14 to 23:59:59 on 16/09/14 to win 9 prizes of an iPad mini plus a grand competition prize of a trip to New York, ii) a late entry prize draw for entries made after 23:59:59 on 16/09/14, as well as all previous non-winning entries to win a prize of a trip to New York. The final late entry draw closes at midnight on 31/03/15.
2. There are 11 prizes in total, 9 prizes of an Apple iPad Air, one grand prize and one prize for the late entry draw, of a trip to New York.
3. Trip to New York prize includes
   • return flights for two adults to New York
   • Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel
   • 5x nights’ accommodation at the Grand Hyatt, Manhattan
   • Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
   • Big Apple Helicopter Tour for two adults
