DMP - Credit Card

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, I have one credit card with 0 Balance on. its limit is 1,000
Do I declare this with CCCS ? do I close the account ? or do I just leave it open ?
I am thinking to the future so in six years when eveything is paid and all defaults if any are removed then I will still have had 1 credit card 1 current account with a long history on for the last 6 years as opposed to having nothing.
Hope u can see where im coming from, or in six years I will have a completely blank file?

You don't need to declare it to the CCCS, but I would be tempted to close it - just so it's not there!! However, I can see why you might want to keep it, so that when your debts are paid, you can spend a little on it and then clear it in full to try to begin to repair your credit rating as you might not be able to get one when you've finished clearing the debts. How long do you think it'll be before you clear them all?
