Mindmover (survey website)

Hello xxx

We’re making a slight change to help speed up our payment methods. From now on, the minimum amount of points you will be able to claim by cheque is 3000 points (£30), however you will still be able to claim a minimum of 2000 points (£20) through PayPal.

For anybody who doesn’t have a PayPal account, you can sign-up at https://www.paypal.co.uk/uk. When claiming your points via PayPal, we will pay the money directly into your account, which is much faster than waiting around for a cheque.

You can find out more about how MindMover payments work on our FAQs page here: http://www.mindmover.co.uk/?link=faq

If you have any queries, or if there is anything else that we can help with, then please contact the MindMover Helpdesk for assistance.

Kind regards

The MindMover Team

Fingers crossed this will be sorted out quickly BUT the Mindmover website has disappeared.

There is a holding page up so I'm hoping it is just a case of domain name registration or website hosting needs paying and then they will be back online.

Update from Mindmover via facebook message

we're having a few technical difficulties that should work themselves out as the day goes on. In the meantime, you can use http://mindmover.co.uk to access the site.

Did anyone do this survey ?

If you qualify you will earn 50 points which you can convert to cash. This will be manually adjusted to your account within 7 days upon completion.
Number of points: 50 points which converts to £0.50
    Survey Name: E2636
    Survey Length: Approximately 5 minutes
    Closing Date: 11/06/13

I did and have been chasing credit for it for at least 2 weeks now.
Contacting Mindmover is a pain, nothing via facebook message, no reply to twitter and no reply to any emails that I've sent them.

I finally got a reply this morning, after using the Contact Us form on their website, which goes to the same email address that I had emailed previously.

I have got to wait another 2 weeks for the points to be added on to my account.
Even though the survey invite said "[FONT=&quot]This will be manually adjusted to your account within 7 days upon completion." and the survey was dated closing 11 June.

Trying to get a reply from Mindmover is likened to trying to get blood out of a stone.
Still no points added, still no further replies to emails.
