Transfer or Cash in - What's best?

Dear All,
I have recently transferred with my current company from the UK to Switzerland. I am an EU national who worked 8+ years in the UK. I have two pension schemes, one with my current employer (which I hope to transfer to Switzerland) and a different one with a previous employer. It is this one that I am interested in, trying to understanding the tax implications for the following possibilities:
- Use the value of the scheme to pay a student load - in the UK.
- Transferring the money to my current employer pension scheme (and then to Switzerland).
- Transferring the money to a Swiss account (non pension scheme).
