                    bailiff called today left a letter saying his coming back in 5 days to take my car.Its not my debt  its  my husbands.Can they do that?I Have disabled childern can they do this.:mad:

            and remember under no circumstances let them into your home....speak through the window or even go out locking the door behind you, but do not let them in.
 also you didn't say, are these real bailiffs, i.e. your OH has been summoned to court and got a CCJ and not paid as decided by the judge?0

            I'd suggest leave it at a friend's for a day or so? Just in case they've taken down the number plate and they recognise it nearby. That's really not a good situation to be in.
