Hi, can anyone clarify if I can make a Section 75 claim with a credit card company for an agreement with a spanish registered company after 6 years, the company went into liquidation last year. I have several companies claiming to "work on my behalf for an upfront fee" and quoting a european ruling in 2008 that has extended the normal 6 year time limit, but I cannot find any info on this.
