Use your Mastercard between 1st September - 30th November and register your details online at www.mastercard.co.uk/cinema for your chance to be an instant winner of a year of free cinema tickets or 2 for 1 cinema tickets.

This promotion is open to MasterCard UK cardholders, who are 18 or over, and reside in the UK. No employees and their families of MasterCard, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, or any company associated with the promotion and those involved in the promotion are eligible to enter.
The promotion will run from 1st September 2011 – 30th November 2011 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
To enter the promotion, a cardholder must use their MasterCard card for any purchase during the Promotional Period, visit www.mastercard.co.uk/cinema and register their details. Cardholders will be required to input personal data to enter this promotion. Once an eligible cardholder has entered their details at www.mastercard.co.uk/cinema the website will generate an instant response advising if they have won. If they have won, they will be given instructions on how to redeem. Regardless if the entrant has won or not, they will be given a selection of cinema related offers (a Cineworld concessions offer: free upgrade from a small combo to a large combo of popcorn and a soft drink. Plus a 2 Month free trial and a saving of £20 on a 12 Month Hi-Life dining card, giving cardholders access to 1000's of 2 for 1 restaurant deals throughout the UK, during the promotional period. Cardholders are under no obligation to sign up to a membership card after their 2 month free membership expires.*Due to the unavailability of an original offer of a 2 for 1 voucher on main courses at Pizza Hut restaurants we are now offering the Hi – Life dining card offer instead, which we believe is a more valuable offer).
Alternatively, cardholders can also enter the promotion by text message, by making a purchase on their MasterCard during the Promotional Period and then texting CINEMA to 63006. All text message entrants will instantly receive a response via text message advising if they have won. If they have won, they will be given instructions on how to redeem. Regardless if the entrant has won or not, they will be given a selection of cinema related offers (a Cineworld concessions offer: free upgrade from a small combo to a large combo of popcorn and a soft drink. 5,100 prizes are available to be won in this promotion:
- 100 prizes will be: a year’s worth of free cinema tickets. Winners will receive 24 tickets, 2 x tickets can be used each month, for 12 months. Tickets will be dated with the month they can be redeemed in, e.g. September tickets can be used from 1st September – 30th September 2011. The tickets may not be used at the following Cineworld Cinemas; Chelsea, Fulham Road, Haymarket, Shaftesbury Avenue or The O2 Greenwich. Tickets may not be exchanged wholly or partly for cash or other prizes and may not be resold. Tickets are not valid for Deluxe, VIP, 3D, non-film performances or preview screenings, or occasions where the cinema has been hired for private functions or special performances. Tickets are subject to Cineworld’s standard terms and conditions (which can be found here: http://www.cineworld.co.uk/terms) and the cinema reserves the right to refuse admission. The manager’s decision is final.

The 5,100 prizes are allocated randomly to predetermined winning moments. The first entry received after the randomly predetermined winning moment (whether by text or online) will win either a year’s worth of free cinema tickets or a 2 for 1 Cineworld Cinema ticket, depending on what prize is allocated to what winning moment. A year’s worth of free cinema tickets prize constitutes the winner receiving 2 cinema tickets per month, for a consecutive 12 month period. These cinema tickets are valid at Cineworld Cinemas within the UK.
The 100 winners of ‘a year’s worth of free cinema tickets’ will be asked to contact MasterCard’s agency via telephone or e-mail to confirm their prize. Winners have 28 working days, from initial instant notification to acknowledge this prize in a return e-mail or telephone call. Details of which will be provided in winning text or winning web page. Failure to do this will result in the prize becoming void. The 5,000 ‘2 for 1’ Cineworld Cinema ticket winners will receive a code via text/e-mail notification, which will allow the winner to claim a free ticket when they purchase a ticket at www.cineworld.co.uk and enter their code in the promotional box at checkout. Winners of 2 for 1 tickets have until 31st December 2011 to redeem their ticket, after this date the voucher code will become void. If there is no entry made between one randomly predetermined winning moment and the next randomly predetermined winning moment, then prizes will not be reallocated.
Cardholders can enter the promotion a maximum of three times per day via text and e-mail. Each entry will require a different card spend. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) or multiple mobiles to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
No purchase necessary (Northern Ireland Only): For alternative entry without purchase in Northern Ireland only, send your full name, email address and telephone number to ‘MasterCard Priceless Cinema 2011 Promotion’, PO Box 31586, London, W11 4YB. Upon receipt your entry will be included for the same chance of winning. Only one entry per self addressed envelope.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. MasterCard (the “Promoter”) and its agencies for this promotion take no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Neither MasterCard nor agencies involved in this promotion will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion.
All prizes are subject to availability.
No cash or other alternative prizes or rewards are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of MasterCard, their agencies and partners for this promotion.

While I'm here, does anyone else find this page really slows down their computer? I'm using I.E. and every page / tab is slow while this is working.
Mind you, it does say there are nearly 200 items remaining at the bottom left!
