Redsave.com Poole

The chat forum and a search site found this company to be competitive on price for Mood Beams. I have ordered 5 of these and paid online through their website. I have messaged them too through the website but not had a reply. I have received one but still waiting for the other 4. The website didnt have a contact number - but does now and I have managed to get through ONCE and was told that they had not received the messages and that i had only received one was an error and that the others would follow. I have still not received them and the number just rings out. Has anyone had any experience with this company or know any information which might help? I am getting twitchy about it. They have my money but the company seems to be incompetent at the very least and a cowboy outfit at most.
