Tesco Online: Same Day?

Hi all,

I've looked all over their website but I can't seem to find an answer. Can I order groceries from Tesco online and have them delivered later in the day?

It's not an option I have ever seen when you book a slot.

depends if there are any delivery slots still available

I was looking at the Sainsbury's site on Wednesday at about 11am, I could have had a delivery between 3-4pm if I checked out by 2:42pm.

No, but next day delivery is possible if there are slots available. For example, you could order now for tomorrow.

Edit: Ooops, having read other posts it seems I was wrong. Sorry.:o:D
I've never spotted any, but then again, can't say I have paid much attention as I tend to shop over several days.

I looked this morning at 7.30am and there were still slots available for today and i have had my order delivered just now. If you click on book delivery slot it will show you all available slots inlcuding anything suitable for today. Ideal if you wake up knowing you need to go shopping and cant be bothered!!! I have done this on a number of ocassions
