Pin code needed for slimming world website

I've just been given my slimming world new chip and pin type card and tried to log onto the website but need a pin please. my consultant isn't answering my texts and I know they've had loads of problems with the new laptops so don't want to text anymore. not sure if the pin is general or specific to your class?

    Each member is issued with an individual pin specific to them. Think most classes have changed over to the pin now so there isn't a password to be able to access the site if you haven't got your pin yet.
