Annual Statement

I have been told that, by law, you should receive an annual pension statement each year.

Neither I, nor my husband, have ever received one. My husband has been paying into his with the Civil Service for 15 years and I would like some advice as to whether he should've been getting a statement or not.

Thanks in advance,

Yes, you should be getting a statement annually. Contact your husband's HR department and ask them what has happened.

Chances are that either your husband has not told them your current address, or he never joined the pension scheme in the first place.....
