Pfizer Public Health Books

Did anyone else order these, was probably back in end of June, beginning of July. 2 Public Health Books for free from Pfizer.
Last week an empty jiffy bag arrived with a load of customs sheets, which i couldn't really get my head around but looked like they were asking for $20 in customs charges. I assumed the books had forgotten to be put in the bag, however today i recieved and email saying they had been shipped.
It was definately a post on here, i have been through the searches and can't find the post, but i don't want the books if i have to pay (i didn't even know they were from the USA) and nothing in the ordering process insinuated this.
Maybe i have just been caught out this time.
