Contact Ebuyer.com?

Does anyone know how to contact Ebuyer.com without logging into their site?
Their site has changed since I last used it, and it prevents me logging in as my email address is now different, and I can't remember which one I used before.
Their site only lets you send them an Enote, and to do this you have to login - so I'm in a bit of a Catch-22 situation.
Does anyone have a number for them? I want to buy something from their site, but they don't seem to want to let me in to do this... bad business approach if you ask me...

Well, since this post ebuyer have got a new phone number, A PREMIUM RATE one (0871)
They refuse to give out there geographical number, but would you if you were making 10p per minute with an average hold time of 10 minutes, £1 before you pick up the phone, and the 10p a minute easily pays the staffs wages! and more if there are people on hold
I refuse to buy from ebuyer due to there shoddy excuse for customer service and because they insist on using a premium rate number. It works out cheaper in the long run to go elsewhere rather than having to pay there unfair postage and phone costs. We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. Bought something in June - OK shopping experience - arrived within 3 days. Warehouse person who packed it needed shooting though as there was sellotape all over the retail box and it was going to be a present! Had to rip off tape, thus ruining the box.
Now product is faulty and do you think I can get hold of them. I work during their phone line opening hours - as someone has already said, it is a premium rate line, that they keep you holding on forever. Can't use work phone, so you run up a huge mobile bill.
Try to e-mail them using their order confirmation line - no response
Try to use their e-notes - again no response
Has anyone had a decent experience with this company?0 -
Never had any problems with eBuyer and have psent a couple of thousand with them over the last few years.
They have local call numbers as well:
0845 1231100
0845 1461720
Found these on saynoto0870.comBritish Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
Neither of those numbers are working now. One tells you that it is no longer working and the other gives you 'number unobtainable'.
They now only seem to be contactable directly through their 0870 numbers - being charged at 10p / minute (that's what they told me - but they do not put that against the number on their site) and they do not call you back. Well, their response is so vague that you really feel obliged to do it all on your own call.
They do NOT respond to emails sent to csupport@ebuyer.com - although they do not tell you when they send emails to you. So, my 10 days for returns is up today waiting for their reply! I have told them that because they haven't responded, they cannot hold me to the 10 days. I shall have to wait to see what they say about that.
I spent 10 minutes (£1) on their 0870 number waiting and getting a response and this information.
Their complaints is complaints@ebuyer.com. Complaints, apparently, have to respond within 48 hours. Does that include weekends, I wonder?0 -

Im currently trying to use an on site warranty with them, apparently 1 year is with them 2 with LG, however, lg hold no stock. every thing they have is given to other to sell for them, which means for me no 3 year on site warranty exists. they are crooks and nothing more. dont ever use this company they dont return calls they dont answer emails and make you pay an expensive call to speak to someone. if you ever do get though the queues they hang up on you, or pretend to not hear you and hang up, i just had some guy Ian do the same thing to me 3 times in a row, now when i try and call there is 9 people in the queue. cooks i tell you : )0
