I'm new on here and I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with my dilema. I have misplaced my instruction user guide for my Mellerware 83400 bread machine and was hoping to make some plum jam but hence no instructions on how to do it.
Does anyone have a copy of these I could have please.
Looks like going back to making the jam on the cooker if not.

Hi - I was given a Mellerware breadmaker a while ago. I thought I really ought to bring it out and start using it.
However, there was no manual to go with it. Any ideas where I can get one? Or does anyone have a quick recipe that I can use?

Usually helps to check on the manufactuerers website first.

lcharm - so sorry, just re-read your second link and realised the 'ma baker' breadmaker looks similar to the one I have - I'll try a recipe and see how it goes!0

I had the same problem of being given the bread maker Mellerware 84300 without instructions.
I contacted the manufacturer and received this answer 'This unit has been discontinued how ever we have the 26500 ma-baker the only difference is the oil is a substitution for the butter.'
