I received this e-mail from MTV on the 22nd May, as this was the bank holiday weekend it was Sunday the 24th May before I could send my details as I have heard nothing more from them I think I must have lost my chance of claiming the tickets. Is this usual ? Is two days an unreasonable time to reply? Or is this just a standed reply to a competition entry with MTV.
I was really looking forward to going too!

In order to claim your prize I need you to e-mail me back with your full name, mobile number and postal address where you would like the tickets to be sent to. 2 days does seem really quick to reply, but if they are the rules I suppose there's not a great deal you can do? I think they probably only gave 2 days as the concert is on June 7th so they would need time to send tickets out or offer them to someone else & get them sent out in time.
Replying on 24th should of been fine though so I would contact them & enquire. a lot of ticket wins seem to get delivered at the last minute for some reason so there is still time.
