Hi,
Here is the willy warmer pattern I used and that a couple of people asked about:
Cast on 64 sts.
Knit in stockinette stitch for 6 rows.
Next Row: Knit across 20 sts. Put rem stitches on a holder.
Work on these 20 sts for 18 rows. Cut yarn, leaving enough to thread yarn through sts & draw up tight, secure.
Join yarn to next 24 sts & knit for 24+ rows. Or however long you want the main bit to be (remember that men can be sensitive about this!).
Thread yarn through sts & draw up tight, secure.
Join yarn to last 20 sts, knit for 18 rows.
Thread yarn through sts & draw up tight, secure.
Fold the knitted piece into tackle shape - sew seam along underside of willy bit and around the sack pouch. Leave the top open. I made a a tie for mine by twisting two different coloured yarns together and threading it around the rim of the willy warmer - then the wearer can tighten it to suit!
I got the basic pattern from here and modified as wanted. I knitted mine in my boyfriend's football team colours

I knit a practice one and it came out fine (even a bit big in my opinion but sure bf would disagree!) - I then knit the real one but without really thinking I used finer yarn and it came out tiny! So I think I knit about 24 rows for each half of the pouch and about 30 rows for the willy part and then it was fine.
And remember, it's meant to worn in cold weather, thus any measurements taken indoors in the warmth (this is the fun part!) may not be entirely accurate....0 -

I can remember my nan always saying when we were growing up that we had to put clean underpants on, in case we were knocked over by a bus and had to be taken to hospital.
Now i wonder what the hospital will think if you're brought in wearing one of those .Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
