I don't know, but if you pop over to the discount codes and vouchers board you will find they often have codes for free delivery from Tesco.

We have a new tesco here and they just sent a leaflet out telling us it is free delivery on groceries for £50 but under that there will be a £5 charge. Cheap considering a taxi to my house id £15.
Not sure if all tesco stores charge the same.

Unless its a special offer then they charge for all deliveriesI no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals.
