Heres what I 've done

This links to a program which you need to download. This costs 29.90 Euros and includes a shed load of free overlays which when your on map mode appear on your screen as normal (contain various shops, garages, usefull places etc....huge list)
To view the speed cameras though you have to pay for - you have to register and pay an addition 12 Euros (yearly membership) with the following.

Also check https://www.pocketgpsworld.co.uk as they have stacks of POIs to download for free, including Speed camera sites, Tesco sites(!), Roman sites of interest etc.*************************
