Won a Employment Tribunal, what next?

Options
Good evening,

A little while back on here, I asked for some help on an employment tribunal for a job that didn't pay me.

I won that tribunal ... and I've still not been paid. So, now I need to get that enforced by a county court. Just have no idea what form to fill in / what price to pay.

I think I've gotten it down to one of two forms.

The EX727 @ £60 which is a quick on (I think)
OR
The N322 form, which I've read and still don't quite get.

Any suggestions which form to use? I'd rather get this done quick so I'm leaning towards EX727. Not entirely sure, I asked at my local Citizens Advice and they where as baffled as I was, so I thought I'd ask here just to see if anyone can shed some light on it.

Thanks for any info.

Hope someone can help you, you must feel very justified and proud of your win morally and I hope you are paid out as you should be, well done.

I'd feel better to be paid really, :D

But yeah, he's given me a lot of "Next week", "I'm working on it" and "soon" on the payment front while keeping on other employees.

Looks like I was right, Ex727 seems the better if more costly choice. I think I'll go with that and get this over with.

    Thanks for the pointers.

    Edit

Rats, I need help clarifying a point.

"Respondent has defaulted in payment of the award." Is that a set date or what? Its been over 42days since the judgement.

Hi Big Adam - we've got some information on our Adviceguide website about action to take when an employer has failed to pay and, coincidentally, the content links through to the EX727 form. If you need further help, we would recommend contacting our local bureau again. Our advisers have access to a specialist team at Citizens Advice for employment and employment tribunal issues, if they need support in providing advice on a case.

    Ta for that CAB National Representative, but my main problem now is I don't understand what;

"Respondent has defaulted in payment of the award."

I think its when the employer doesn't pay / contest the order within either 42 or 17 days.
