Hello

When does a father stop paying Child Maintenance for his daughter who's 18 and she works part time.

She's 19 in few months and is starting College in September to do an A Level part time?

It's not necessarily the father, it's the non resident parent, of which a fair few are women. Anyway, it's 20.

It's 16, or until they leave full time non advanced education.
