Hair mask similar to Kerastase?

Hi,

I've tried a Kerastase hair mask that came on a gift set and liked it, but it's really expensive (£30 for 200ml). Does anyone know if there's a cheaper brand with similar results?

My hair is fine and very frizzy, it looks horrible when dried unless I use a mask/conditioner or a leave in product.

Philip Kingsley Elasticizer. It's a similar price to the Keratase, but is regularly on offer on the Philip Kingsley site, Marks & Spencer and a few other beauty shopping sites.

Kerastase is made by L'oreal, so try to look for one of their hair masks. Check the ingredients to see if they are the same

Like the Serie Expert range, that's probably the best of the L'oreal branded stuff

Yes I know it belongs to l'Oreal, it's difficult to check ingredients as there are so many.. but I will try.

There's the standard for all hair types, extreme for Afro- Caribbean or very damaged hair, then a couple of scented ones.

Put it on damp hair. Pop over a cheap shower cap ( disposable ones are best as they are very lightweight and won't sit on the hair like proper caps.). Allow to sit for at least half an hour. Then shampoo out.

The shower cap stops you smearing it all over the furniture, curtains, clothes etc.....

You don't need much as it is very rich.

Thanks, that's quite difficult for me to do as I wash my hair in the mornings and I don't have half an hour to spare.. I can't wash my hair at any other time because it only stays clean 24h (I have very oily roots).

You only need to use the mask once a week, not every day.

Put it in at night & then wash out in the morning - that’s what I do with elastizer.
