PS Plus 12 month subscriptions currently on sale for around £37.50-£38 from various online retailers such as Amazon and Tesco. Full price is £49.99 so a saving of roughly 25%.

    Is this for a code or a physical card, and is there any expiry date for activation?

    Not sure about the first part, you can also get it on the PS store with a discount, but no need to worry about expiry, as I said it stacks, so if your current sub runs out in May 18, your new one will run out in May 19, adding 12 months now will not remove any of your current sub.

    Understood - but I haven't started subscribing yet, so I would be holding onto this for a while.

    Sainsbury also has it on sale at £39.99 - fortunately I had an '£8 off a £40' Nectar shop voucher so bought a bag of sugar as well. I got a card.
