I am in the No.1 biggest city
I'm a greenfield sight for sore eyes, and sore eyes are just needing the light, the shapes, and the shadows of the space we share, before it splits into Thin Air.

I'd say start looking at what different places have on their websites to get a feel for prices. I think most placed doing a traditional Christmas lunch will be festive in that they will have trees / decorations up, and the table setting will probably include crackers - in most places it will probably be similar to the sort of set up you have if you go out for a works christmas do.

    So not a chain then...?

As before, nobody can recommend a hotel/gastro pub near you - because we don't know where you live.
As I don't live in the top 3 big city, I personally couldn't recommend somewhere local to you.

Can't you ask friends, family, workmates where they would recommend?

Heard of city farms? Or cars taking you a bit out of the city:p
