    Just a quick question to interrupt the wonderful code bonanza - for missing Amazon vouchers from the start of the month I now have put a ticket in and received the standard reply (takes 10 days blabla) . Do I reply to that to take things further? It's been 3 weeks.

    They posted on FB on the 23rd that they're aware of the problem, so give them some time to resolve it.

    Yes reply to that email. It took them a while to reply to me again but they did in the end and gave me 25SB. Still not got my vouchers though but the reply said they would be done before 3rd March. We'll see.....

    I had the same but it did eventually.

    My Swago board says I should have 32 spins but I've only had 12... Anyone else?
