Hi, could you advise if you can claim back on document fees that have been charged as extra on loans?

    Probably not as you would have agreed to the fee when signing.

    Documentation fees where charged are always shown in the loan agreement, included in the "Total Amount Payable" and factored into the APR calculation. Given that you will have signed the agreement its difficult to understand on what basis you believe you could possibly claim the fees back.
