Mortgage Deed

Just logged onto my conveyancing portal and noticed messaged states, Mortgage Deed and our Terms of Business sent.

Assuming this is the Offer from the new mortgage provider...would call the office but will be shut and im super curious/excited.:j

    Fingers crossed...going from 5.03% Interest only to 1.96% repayment...now that a result id say,hence why im super excited.

    All seems a bit to good..lol

    Ahhh so signing Deeds is for what...probably really basic and simple...thought the offer came via them.

    The mortgage deed is the thing they register against your title to create the charge in favour of your new lender. Doesn't necessarily mean a mortgage offer has been issued (or will be), just the conveyancer doing their thing in the meantime.
