    Taking your points in order....
    1) The Stella comp didn't start till 2nd June and they say they aren't publishing winners lists, so is it possibly a Glamour win you've come across by googling your name? If so, they are still sending them out - I'm still waiting for two things I won towards the end of May, hopefully they'll be here within a few days.

    2) To add a signature you need to click on User CP (in the green bar towards the top of the page) and then Edit Signature, you can then write whatever you want to have as a signature.
