Where to buy Dinosour Toys for Christmas

My 2 and a half year old seems to have acquired a liking for dinosaurs (and a nice roar!) He has a soft dinosaur (Rex from Toy Story) and also a rubber crocodile from Peter Pan! Was thinking of expanding his admittedly not huge collection at christmas.
Have had a look on the ELC site and am a bit taken aback at the cost of their plastic models £6 each. Wondered if anyone had come across more reasonably priced but good quality dinosaur models or toys in a dinosaur theme suitable for his age. A set of good sized models would be a great start.
Am in the NE of Scotland so may not have access to some high street shops but shop a lot online. Have looked at Woolworths and Argos and not found anything.
Many thanks.
Just edited as I looked back at the ELC site and most larger models are £6, small are £3 so not as awful as I first thought. Don't know what I was looking at at first!

Oh that looks good. Wouldn't have thought to look here. Thank you. Models are £6 each so more or less same price. The soft toys look really lovely, and more realistic than most so am really tempted by these.0
