I've been AWOL for what feels like ages! A lot going on at the moment but have managed to maintain the weight I was at when I last posted (albeit with a big half term gain followed by losing 4.5lb and 2lb in the 2 subsequent weeks so back to where I was!)

I'm going to aim for -12lb this time which would be my next two awards which I have been trying to get for so long! Need to stop going up and down. Have been at the gym lots recently so have earned by Bronze and Silver body magic awards and am on the way to my gold now. Just happy with being much fitter and healthier.

Was awarded Greatest Loser 2018 in my group yesterday with a total of 6 stone 2lb loss so that was lovely!

Snow report – none fell today, yay! The garden is beginning to surface from it’s white blanket, a bit like a teenager really!

Good losses, Mrs_R (and NSV dress), Denise, bubbs (you'll get it next time), beanie and ilovetea.

Happy for you ad your dad, lush.

Hi again, MissTeach, and congratulations on Biggest Loser award. That is a fantastic loss.

    Naughty today!

Breakfast: 1 wee slice toast (3), jam (1) and melon
Lunch: hexb sandwich with hexa light cream cheese with smoked salmon
    Snack: shortbread finger (5)
Dinner: less than half Margherita pizza (far too many unknown syns), with added ¼ pork sausage (1 ½ ), baby plum tomatoes , mixed salad and SW chips, ML toffee yogurt, banana
    Snack: shortbread finger (5)

And tomorrow I'm going out with my very 'eaty' friend, so any will power I have will evaporate.

Well done Miss Teach on being your group's Greatest Loser. Quite an achievement.

The chocolate jumped into my mouth last night! and took me over my syns for the day (only by 0.5) but it's the first time in the last 3 weeks.

    Today's plan:

B - waffles with fruit (HEB)
L - LO spaghetti and ratatouille
D - at DD1s - not sure what it will be but hopefully not too synful. Not sure what she's making but she said it's from one of the HB diet books.

    HEA - milk
    HEB - oats
    Syns - not sure

    Denise
