Would you not be able to save on capital gains tax though, with a mobile or staying with rellies? as if you move in the other house when its done, i suppose effectively you will own two?
Some of those mobiles that you can get are quite nice and roomy, of course I haven't had to live in one!0 -

we won't be liable for any capital gains tax cos we'll be selling our present house to move into the new one.DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY
