Calling Chris Grayling a "nobody" is not that much of a stretch.

Failing Grayling is the 7th Transport Secretary in the last ten years. With regard to the railways, one of them was half decent, the others downright abysmal. Grayling will be chiefly remembered for this timetable mess and for knocking a cyclist off his bike

He didn't even give his details to the cyclist apparently. Not sure if that's even legal, but hey, he's a politician, so anything is legal.
