Pre School Admissions - EANI

Not sure if this is really a question, or just wanting to know if anyone has experienced similar. Have changed some details for privacy.

The preschool we listed as our first choice has capacity for 30 children. EANI advised they could accept 29 this school year.

Preschool received 30 applications, and based on their criteria my child is at number 30.

Any chance EANI will change their decision to allow the preschool to accept 30 children this year?! Any suggestions on how to go about requesting this (contacts.etc.)
