Need advise understanding my employment contract

Options
Really appreciate if any one can advise... I am a bit confused with the contract (permanent position) with my employer, I have completed my probation period and with the company for less than one year... do I have to give 1 week notice or 1 month notice if I leave my employer now..
the below are the three clauses in my contract .

(A) One week's notice if you are within your probationary period or any extension thereof (up to one calendar year).
(B) One calendar months’ notice if you have been continuously employed for up to once calendar year but for less than five years.
(C) Thereafter, one week's notice per complete year of continuous employment up to a maximum of twelve weeks’ notice.

From the way it’s written i’d say your notice period is one month.

As you say you’ve completed your probation period.

If your probationary period (meaningless term, by the way) hasn't been extended, then the relevant clause is (B). You need to give a calendar month's notice.

One month, as I read it.

The terms you quote mirror the legal default position if the employer was giving notice to you.

For an employee giving notice the legal default is just one week, regardless of length of service, unless the contract requires more. Yours does, so the agreed terms apply which I read as one month.

I read it as one month.

Most notice clauses follow this exact structure (and wording perchance).
